By initiating a project with Omatic Growth, you agree to the terms specified in your project proposal or contract, including timelines, deliverables, fees, and payment terms.
Payments must be made according to the schedule outlined in your agreement. Unless otherwise specified, a deposit may be required before commencing work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.
Due to the customized nature of our services, Omatic Growth does not offer refunds once work has commenced. Should disputes arise, we will endeavor to find mutually agreeable solutions.
Clients agree to provide timely and accurate feedback, content, and access necessary for project completion. Delays or insufficient information from clients may result in project timeline adjustments.
Upon full payment, clients will own the rights to the final deliverables. Omatic Growth retains rights to preliminary designs, concepts, source code, and development methods, which may not be reused or resold without written permission.
We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Omatic Growth agrees not to disclose sensitive business information shared during the course of your project without your explicit consent.
Omatic Growth provides a 30-day warranty period after project completion for resolving technical issues related to our deliverables. Extended support or maintenance services can be arranged under separate agreements.
Omatic Growth will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or website. Our liability, in any case, is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Either party may terminate the project by providing written notice. Upon termination, clients agree to compensate Omatic Growth for all completed work and expenses incurred up to that date.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located within United States.
